Aged 42, I kick-started PDX, to evangelise high-performance teamwork from the inside-out - a radical new idea linking coaching, soft skills, EQ, Psychotherapy and mindset to forge thriving workplaces. So to win customers to shift mindset I honed my relationship building skills, with social selling, and storytelling to grab attention and make it sticky. I also run private practice specialising in overcoming anxiety and fear-based issues. I have a knack of blending coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis to successfully create the conditions to help people make swift changes that they deeply desire. I am a fully qualified, certified registered Psychotherapist and highly experienced hypnotherapist | hypnosis master practitioner.
