How do I spend/use my Healthy Minds Club gift code?

There are two ways you can spend your code.

I’m not sure which expert I need what do I do?

We would suggest completing our questionnaire here to help you select the right service.

I know which expert I want what do I do next?

Once you’ve chosen your expert simply visit their page and click ‘Book a Session’.

My code isn’t working what should I do?

First, check you balance here. Are you trying to spend more than you have on the code? Is there a balance on your code? Has it expired? If this doesn’t resolve your problem contact us here with your code number and we will investigate it for you.

How can I check the balance on my code?

Visit our balance checker here enter your code number and the balance will be displayed.

The expert I want costs more than the value on my code?

That’s not a problem, you can pay the difference with your credit or debit card at the checkout.

I haven’t heard from the expert I booked with?

They should be in touch within 1 working day after you have booked a session with them and your payment has been confirmed. We would suggest that you contact them directly in the first instance using the email address on their page. If you still haven’t heard from them please get in touch with us directly here with the information about your booking (including booking reference number) and we will look into it for you.

I can no longer make my appointment

Contact your expert and re arrange your appointment directly with them – they will be happy to help.

Does my code have an expiry date?

Yes our codes are valid for 18 months from when they were purchased. To check your expiry date visit our balance checker here and enter your code number and your expiry date will be displayed.

What happens if I lose my code?

We would suggest you contact the company who sent you the code.
Unfortunately codes should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Can I exchange my code for cash?

No, you cannot exchange your code for cash.
