Hi! I’m Alka - I’m a Doctor, Coach, Speaker, Author and Podcaster who amplifies health as a skill and an asset so that you can create compassionate lifestyle changes for happy, healthy living.
I’m the Founder of Lifestyle First® and the Creator of The L.I.F.E.S.T.Y.L.E. First Method®
The success you want in life is intricately connected to your lifestyle which is intricately connected to your health.
I focus highly on motivation and mindset to empower you to achieve a sustainable healthy and happy lifestyle aligned to your personal and professional values. I use a combined medical and coaching approach so that you can discover, notice and activate who you are, what you want and where you are going.
Through my own extensive reading and research, I have created The Lifestyle First Method® - a 10 point blueprint based on the 10 key dimensions of health and happiness and through this I am able to provide you with a Lifestyle First Prescription® - without pills!
I have a particular expertise in mindset, values, purpose, behaviour change, habit creation, burnout, stress, anxiety, mood changes, relaxation, sleep, weight loss, menopause, diabetes and high blood pressure.
I run a regular Podcast and You Tube channel – The Lifestyle First Podcast – providing weekly health tips.
I am also regularly featured in the media, including The Daily Mail Health Show, Women’s Health, Yours, Bella, Fabulous, Bustle, Pick Me Up, Health and Wellbeing, TV Life, New.
