Barry Spivack

Barry Spivack trained as a teacher of Transcendental Meditation (TM) after studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University. For several years he taught TM part-time while working as a director of a furniture manufacturer and retailer employing more than 150 staff. Since 2015 Barry has taught TM in NE Essex teaching members of the public, company employees, patients on the NHS and he participated in an European Union Project in the UK education system.
