Nicholas Cresswell

Nicholas Cresswell is a former Royal Yachting Association Yachtmaster Instructor, Nicholas sailed the world for five years in his own yacht before moving to Bournemouth. Nicholas now runs the Bournemouth TM Centre and it has been the greatest joy and privilege of his life to teach Transcendental Meditation for the past 20 years. Nicholas is passionate about helping people reach their full potential though learning Transcendental Meditation. Seeing people benefit from TM in the first few days of learning the technique continues to inspire him to teach today.
