As an experienced professional coach, I am passionate about helping leaders and executives achieve their personal and professional goals. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, I strive to provide a supportive coaching approach that fosters understanding and engagement. With a friendly and personable coaching style, I confidently identify and utilise a variety of coaching techniques and models, while ensuring that the coaching process remains flexible enough to facilitate my clients' thinking and self-awareness. My reputation for building and maintaining rapport in a safe, non-judgmental coaching space allows for honest exploration and powerful questions that promote positive change. As a highly self-aware coach, I always remain fully present with my clients, enabling me to recognise patterns, body language, and provide accurate summaries that promote further reflection and awareness.
In addition to my years of coaching experience, I am a criminal solicitor, a registered Nutritional Therapist, and a lecturer. I have attained an MSc in Personalised Nutrition, the NLP Practitioner Certification, and the ILM Level 7 (MSc equivalent) Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors. I am a professional member of the Association for Coaching, EMCC UK, and ANLP, among other organisations.
