Hi! I’m Susie, a Nutrition & Wellness Coach, helping women in midlife to feel their very best. I am passionate about supporting women in midlife with changes they are currently experiencing or those who would just like to align their body and lifestyle to prepare for changes that they may start to experience in the years ahead. A bit like a midlife edit! I’m a woman in midlife and I’m very aware that we have a lot to deal with during this stage of life! It can be a huge juggle of work demands and we are often carers for others; whether that’s supporting ageing family members, or little ones to hormonal teens just when our own hormones are in free fall. To help our bodies with this hormonal transition, we can ensure we’re in the best shape possible. By this, I mean sleeping well, eating well, moving well and focusing on our gut and liver health. A sort of midlife reset! It’s a chance to set things up for the next stage of our lives and protect ourselves against lifestyle related diseases. The areas I can help with are: sleep, stress, movement, energy, nutrition, hormone balance, gut health and weight management. I keep all my advice realistic and relatable by offering the practical application of well evidenced solutions to make positive and sustainable life changes. I offer a completely holistic and bespoke approach; supporting the body to heal itself effectively whilst optimising nutrition.
