Alyson is a Registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council and is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society. She is Registered Supervisor of Professional Practice within the Division of Occupational Psychology (BPS). She is a disability and neurodiversity specialist, with 25 years’ experience in the sector. She is an experienced assessor, coach, speaker, facilitator, and trainer. She has a breadth and depth of experience working, leading, training and supervising in the field of Occupational Psychology. She is certified as an Expert Witness through Cardiff University. She was a Senior Work Psychologist at DWP, Head of Psychology at Genius Within and now provides consultancy for organisations such as Deloitte. She brings understanding, positivity, fair and pragmatic approaches to help organisations and individuals make the best of differences so that everyone is empowered and fulfilled in their careers, and businesses perform better.
