It’s important that the environment you step into feels safe in order for you to explore issues or difficulties which can often be sensitive or private. My calm, warm, welcoming approach helps to create such an environment, and will put you at ease before therapy commences. As a fully qualified, experienced Counsellor with many years working within many services including the NHS. I have extensive knowledge helping those who have been affected by trauma, sexual violence, anxiety, and stress including work related stress. My knowledge isn't limited to those categories as I have a number of year’s experience working with people with a vast range of difficulties, and from varying backgrounds.
