Hello, I'm Sylvia and I can help you shift from stress, aches, pains and overwhelm to calm, clarity, deep relaxation, joy and resilience.

Either through treatments that bring you ease and balance or by teaching you a tool that helps you to confidently support your own health and well-being. For life.  
 

Treatments:

  • Jikiden Reiki – Japanese energy healing in its pure, original and authentic form

  • Silent Counselling – gentle, non-verbal release of unhelpful thought patterns and emotional blockages 

  • Laughter Yoga – a joyful practice that blends laughter with gentle yoga stretches – you will burn calories and leave with a big smile on your face


Teaching:

  • TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) – inviting your body to remember its most natural way back to balance.

    When we’re stuck in chronic fight/flight/freeze, our system stays on high alert, leaving little room for rest, repair or renewal.
    TRE helps shift you into a calm, parasympathetic rest/digest/regenerate physiology, allowing your body and mind to heal more effectively.
    Aches, pains, anxiety, irritability and anger can ease, deep relaxation and better sleep can follow and burnout can be prevented.
