Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. It is based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through us, and when this energy is balanced, we feel healthy and vibrant.
A Reiki practitioner channels this healing energy through their hands, either lightly touching or hovering over the body, to remove energy blockages and restore balance. It can also be done remotely.
