Vocational Rehab
This service is for people who are struggling to maintain work because of a change in circumstances, a health condition or a life-threatening illness and need support to re-assess their career or to help rebuild their confidence to get back to work or to change their career direction completely. This specialist service is a blend of psychological support, techniques and strategies along side an occupational health approach to equip people with the tools they need to move forward. Our professional vocational rehab consultants bring a wealth of experience to help you with tricky situations, helping you gain clarity about your next steps.
This service replaces a traditional Occupational Health intervention and can support you with the communication with HR, your manager and can assist with mediation when required. If you’re currently off work, our experts can assist you with a Graded Return To Work plan and help you liaise with health professions such as GP’s, specialist Consultants and your employer as well as allowing you to focus on what you need to feel better.
Our experts support you with a structured coaching service which supports and empowers you through a range of techniques to rebuild confidence to enable to return to your current role, outplacement or planning a new role in the business.
