Hypnotherapy

Our certified hypnotherapists use guided relaxation, concentration and focused attention to achieve a heightened sense of awareness to re-programme the brain. This can enable us to focus on a specific goal or task (e.g. stopping smoking, weight loss), tackling trauma or difficult situations/beliefs which prevents us from progressing, moving on or flourishing and could cause stress, anxiety and mental health issues.
