Mindfulness coaching helps to practice awareness and acknowledge ones feelings, thoughts and body sensations. A Mindfulness practice addresses the subconscious mind, releases happy chemicals in the brain and increases kindness and tenderness towards our selves. Being in the present moment clears the mind and opens the heart.
