Our Counsellors are fully trained to support individuals by giving guidance on personal or psychological problems. A counsellor will not give you their opinions or advice or prescribe medication. A counsellor uses talking therapy and discussion on potential or existing problems and concerns in order to support with the definition of a new path to enable the individual to feel better and to eventually flourish. They will help you find your own solutions – whether that’s making effective changes in your life or finding ways of coping with your problems.
